Interaction flow wireframes

Objective

Determine how to shoehorn functionality for additional product set into Monster's administrative web tool. New product allowed customer service reps to set up company records in a series of interrelated accounts, with various degrees of inheritance and rights from one account to another.

Solution


Deliver interaction design in the form of interaction flow diagrams: connected, annotated wireframes.

My Role

Hands-on interaction design of back-end application. Created Visio wireframe flows, led reviews, modified UX as required to meet technical constraints.

Outcome

All paths analyzed for likelihood of user's successful navigation. Additional required functionality identified earlier in process that would have been possible with mockups/individual wireframes. Complex features documented in straightforward, easy-to-learn fashion for CSRs.
