B2B content promo site
Problem
Customers were unaware of Monster's reports on employment market sectors, webinars, articles on best hiring practices, and hiring tips videos. Content for employers was published on three separate and inconsistent sites, and was cumbersome to maintain.
Objective
Communicate Monster's thought leadership by showcasing its hiring content:
- In one well-designed site
- Publish the content via a CMS
- Support access to ecommerce from every page of the content site

My Role
Project manager. Selected vendor via fast-tracked RFP process. Set creative direction, directed info architecture work.
Outcome
Site developed and in final stage of testing: on brand, driven by CMS, and access to ecomm cart from every page of site. However, it was put on backburner in favor of even broader solution. Prior to hold, proposed site had been adopted by marketing as destination for all ecomm marketing campaigns. Proposed site can be viewed at hiring-advice.monster.com.
